Crazy Moose

Well, anyone that knows me, knows I have this little "Moose" fetish going on. When The Beary Scrap put out the Monty tear bear (moose) pattern, I was ecstatic! I made him right away and have been wanting to put him on a card ever since. Usually when I think moose, I think winter, brown and green, masculine, etc. Don't know why, but that's not what happened here. So this is my "Crazy Moose" card. But everyone, moose do exist in the spring time and I have definitely had enough winter for a while.

Shelley's Birthday Card

Happy Birthday Shelley! This card was made for my friend and co-worker. She loves horses and rides them as part of a therapy program. Unfortunately, she fell on the ice and fractured her leg a few weeks ago and will not be able to ride for a while. Hope this little horsey brings some cheer until she can get back on the real one!

The Quilting Bee

Attended the Heirloom Convention in Allentown, PA yesterday. Here is a photo of my winnng ATC entry for this year's contest themed "The Quilting Bee". It was a little hard to photograph because it was so small. My card will travel all around the country to all of the conventions. Wish I got to go with it! It was a fun day.

Welcome Spring!!

Did someone say spring?? This is a view from my back porch today in Northeastern PA. Very pretty, but I am officially sick of shoveling now! I need to keep working on some new Spring cards and maybe that will help.
